Well, any new implementation is going to have some bumps in the road and the chat service had it’s first (and perhaps last?!) pothole. Over the holidays it has been quiet…too quiet. A few of you let us know that our chat page wasn’t doing anything. We’ve fixed a configuration problem and it should be in fine form for you now. If you were having issues with it before, please don’t hesitate to try it again.
