Sporadic syncing issues with the new BBs (z10)

We have a client who is observing some sporadic syncing issues with their contacts which is being populated by GalCache.  There are other devices in his possession that appear to be working ok, however, z10's are consistently causing an issue.

The behavior we are seeing is that contacts will appear one day and they will be gone the next, however, they will remain on other devices.  I tend to think this is due to an implementation of BB's ActiveSync, however, I wanted to see if anyone has observed similar behaviour.

We have no known issues with any Smartphone at present, but we can attempt to solve this the normal way

Please make sure you have updated to the latest version of Add2Exchange, which is free if you are within your software assurance period.
