Steps for Synchronizing Non-Default Blackberry Folders
Summary
Blackberry devices synchronize themselves to the default mailbox folders. For synchronizing Add2Exchange items into these folders, most users can use setting filters or using Add2Exchange autopop feature to distinguish their normal items from Add2Exchange copies.
However, sometimes it is desirable to synchronize items into a separate folder entirely. In this case, the Blackberry needs to be configured to synchronize itself with non-default folders. This document provides the directions to do so.
Description
Synchronizing the Blackberry to non-default folders requires connecting to Blackberry’s Desktop Manager after the relationship has been made.
Make sure that you have the proper permissions to the public calendar. If the permissions are not set properly, the synchronization process will not complete.
