Upgrading to the latest version solves most problems for MS Critical Updates and Add2Exchange. A reboot afterwards is recommened but not required.

Then, if this is an older version, you should run this test or if some items don’t replicate to one (or more) user with transaction rollbacks in the Add2Exchange Event Log.
