I have an outstanding ticket with DidItBetter Support (Redmine Issue 1266), but being the good engineer that I am, I am going to update to the latest version before proceeding with the call.  The only thing is, I can't follow the instructions to upgrade.

The upgrade instructions at http://www.diditbetter.com/manuals/add2exchange/add2exchange%20enterprise%20guide/ give you chapters on Upgrading from Add2Exchange 4 or 5, and Upgrading from Add2Exchange 3.

Help -> About tells me I have build 12.11.705, and the Add2Exchange Enterprise Guide Compiled HTML Help tells me I have version 12.6 of the software.  I installed the version labeled 12.11.705.298, so I'm going to assume that this is the definitive version that I have.

If this is correct, where can I obtain instructions to upgrade from Version 12.11.705.298 to the current 13.5.797.312?
