This most often occurs when you are trying to run a shortcut for the Add2Exchange Console or Toolbox logged in as the wrong user.
You must log in as the Add2Exchange Service account ( ie. zadd2exchange).   Unfortunately, you may need to go and fix this issue before the system can operate properly again.  Please review this link which contains several links of common importance: General Troubleshooting and operation:

Multiple Profile Error When opening Add2Exchange Console

When you have seen this error when opening the Add2Exchange Console:

  1. Log on to the Add2Exchange Server with the Add2Exchange Service Account.
  2.  Go to Start/Run and type in “REGEDIT”
  3. When Registry Editor opens, navigate to Local Machine/Software/OPENDOOR SOFTWARE(if you are on an x64 system, go instead to Local Machine/Wow6432Node/Software/OPENDOOR SOFTWARE)
  4. After opening, locate “Profile 0” and verify there are no numbered sub-keys  underneath the Profile 0 key.  If there are, please contact technical support.
  5. If there are no numbered subkeys under Profile 0, and there ARE numbered subkeys under Profile 1, backup the OpenDoor Software key and then Delete the ”Profile 0” Key.
  6. Then close Registry Editor and proceed to open the Add2Exchange Console logged in as the Add2Exchange Service Account.
