It is pretty unlikely that A2E is not putting initials in the item copied to that folder, but possible, and your report would be the first.
You could try to see why these are not copying with an auto pop. Identify one without an autopopped initials. Open the Add2Exchange Toolkit and select the Inspector General from the free side and pick the public folder.
If there are any originals (not a2e copy) on the general tab, someone is putting them in there as originals. This can be fixed by opening up the item in outlook, identifying who modified it last and talking to that person. If this is not the case and they are all copies, the best thing to do is to check the obvious first...
Review each relationship for homogeneity, if there is one relationship without an autopop, this is the cause.
The next best thing is to look in the event logs and debug logs for errors and failures. The debug log is dated today or last replication time, and is located in the Add2Exchange installed drive and directory, usually c:\Program Files\OpenDoor Software\Add2Exchange\logs. Send any suspicious log info to support@diditbetter.com for free analysis.
Next comes the standard but most often overlooked and often the reason for failures is to make sure you are current. Do your MS critical updates on both the Exchange server and Replication server and reboot. Also, if you are using the standalone version of Exchange Mapi CDO to communicate with Exchange 2007 or 2010, the cdo.dll file should be dated 4/5/2010. If not, stop A2E service, put the add2exchange service on manual, uninstall Exchange Mapi CDO and reboot, then install the new version (in our download) and reboot, and then put A2E service on automatic and restart.
The next most common thing to fix many issues is upgrade to the latest version of Add2Exchange, with instructions located at http://support.diditbetter.com/kb/A2E_194.aspx
If you want us to escalate this, we would be happy to schedule with you a level 2 remote support session Buy Now and if it turns our software is at fault, there would be no charge for that investigation.
