Specific user not receiving contacts

We recently had Add2Exchange installed and during my testing of the solution I'm encountering an issue where a specific user is not receiving the contacts.

We are currently running with the following environment:

Exchange 2007

Add2Exchange 15.5.1565

I've enabled the extended logging on the server in order to better diagnose the issue and have routinely come across the following errors:

"Maintain Relationship Splitting Destination Folder Error

A2ERelMgrPgm v15.5.1565"

"Failed Get Session's Primary Exchange Mailbox for User: <User>@<Domain> trying to resolve: Contacts,2| in routine: splitLogic

A2ERelMgrPgm v15.5.1565"

"Load Group Membership <Lastname>, <FirstName> Confirmation Failed To Get Default Exchange Mailbox via <User>@<Domain> In Order To Update Source/Destination Folders Mailbox."

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Does the user have a mailbox?

did you run the preinstaller on the exchange server?

go to full mailbox access in EMC and remove the service account and re-add it and try again please.

It is unable to log into the mailbox to create the relationship for that user.  Is the user hidden from the GAL?

Thank you for your response.  I've confirmed that the service account has the appropriate access to the mailbox account, unfortunately I'm continuing to get these messages in the eventlog and the specific user is not getting sync'd

Is the user hidden from the GAL?  unhide and recycle the service.  If you want to let us have a closer look, remotely, we can escalate: or continue trying to solve this: http://support.diditbetter.com/premium-support.aspx

The user was not hidden and appeared to have the appropriate rights assigned by the service account, and the service has been recycled several times.  The issue appears to have been resolve on the the original user, however, it is now being see on a user which was recently added to the zadd2exchange group.  I've confirmed that zadd2exchange has full mailbox access.
