Relationship Settings - Why synced Calendar or Contact items appear in Outlook but not in the phone

If Calendar or Contact items are showing up in Outlook.

And not showing up on some of the phones


If not on the phone, the phone is probably a droid phone or blackberry and they usually only allow one calendar, the default.

If that is the case we will need to make a template relationship to that default calendar folder in the service account rgm.


We will then take the people with the droids and bb out of the existing dist list.


Make a new dist list, named similarly with the “_default”  for default calendar

And then add those users

We would then Attach the new template to the new dist list

and close the console and start to sync


The Relman would run and delete all the rels for those users from the first dist list and remove dest items.

It would also inspect the new dist list and extract the members and make rels for them.

And when it synced, they should have it.
