Can not see the Add2Exchange Program - Not Installed?

You need to log in as the "Add2exchange service account"  to administrate either the Standard or Enterprise Add2Exchange program.

If our Technical support installed the software for you, we use the defaults for the account name, which is usually "zadd2exchange"

If you have the password to that account, log on to the replication server as that account to administrate the program. Then open the Add2Exchange Console from the desktop.

If you have to change the password in order to log on as the Add2Exchange Service Account (in Active Directory) named "Zadd2Exchange" - if you used the default installation instructions), when you eventually do log on, you MUST change the password in the Services Control Manager for the Add2Exchange Service and the SQL2005 instanced named "A2ESQLServer". Change the password to start the services by selecting each of the following Services, going to Properties of the service, Select the "Log on" tab and change the password there as well.  This password changing process is necessary any time you change the password in AD for the Add2Exchange Service Account.
