If Add2Exchange was working and now it's not, post here.
I believe I was instructed that the proper way to upgrade Add2Exchange versions is to uninstall the current version from "Add or Remove Programs" in the Control Panel, then install the new version. All settings and the database remain intact. I am upgrading from v11.8 to v11.12.
Please verify that this is correct.

Yes Richard, that is correct, just remove it in Add or Remove programs, and install the upgrade version you downloaded.

Hi Richard,
You are correct. The first step is to stop the Add2Exchange Service, then uninstall the old version and, finally, install the new version.
While you are at it, you should consider doing your Microsoft Updates as well. Microsoft actively works on both MAPI/CDO and SQL Server Express, so it is a good idea to stay up-to-date on those.
