A2E Windows7 not working

Has anyone had and issue with A2E not populating the contact folder in outlook. On windows 7 boxes. Our set up is A2E on exchange 2007. We have just been rolling out Windows 7 and the A2E does not seem to work on the Win7 Boxes. It works just fine on are XP 32 boxes.So I am wondering is there a patch that I need to get it to work on Win 7 64 bit

There is nothing Windows 7-specific about using A2E, as it is a server solution.  As long as you have Outlook, it should work, although some of our customers have experienced Windows 7 transition issues with Blackberry Desktop Manager, which must be upgraded, which they had thought were due to Add2Exchange.  We use Windows 7 with Outlook 2010 here to view Add2Exchange items with no issues.
 
Could you be more specific about your arrangement?  In particular, could you describe the server on which Add2Exchange is installed, along with the Exchange server (you say 2007, what Service Pack and Update Rollup?).  What version of A2E and what version of Exchange?

Are you saying the replicated items are not in the Outlook contact folder?
 

Make sure your outlook profile is set up and if in cached mode, it has a chance to fill the ost.  Usually an F9 in outlook works.  If the contacts are in Outlook, and not in the device, then the communcation to the device is suspect.  Since A2E is not installed on the workstations, there is no conflict there.
