Hi,

I had an issue where the service was not starting and was getting a logon failure error.

I changed the password to the service account. Now, when I try to start the service, it starts but stops immidiately.

Error in Event Viewier:

Add2Exchange The A2E Director tried to verify the MS Information Store and was unable to do so. Either the Information Store is down or the A2E Service account is not part of the Exchange Server's local Administrator's group. A2E will wait and continue to replicate when this test is successful.
 

The Exchange server is up.  The mail server was down a couple weekends ago for about 4 hours.

Any help would be great!
