We have found that Add2Exchange will not synchronize until a database maintenance is performed:

Event ID 2005
20140818231220: Database Maintenance Required. Add2Exchange can not synchronize until you have performed required database maintenance. The Database interface attempted to perform this maintenance but apparently failed. Please contact Tech Support. Location: AgentSynchronize | Calling program: A2ESP
