Unable to log into A2E Console - E_OUTOFMEMORY(8007000E)

Hi All

One of our client is running A2E Standard on SBS 2008 running Exchange 2007.We are unable to open the A2E console and getting the following error messages

Error-01

Add2Exchange AgentDirector failed to logon

Error-02

An error occurred while attempting to logon to:
Exchange Server: SH-SBS01
Mailbox: ZADD2EXCHANGE

Please verify that the account is valid and has the appropriate permissions.

Description:  [Collaboration Data Objects - [E_OUTOFMEMORY(8007000E)]]
Number: -2147024882
Location: 1
Build: 8.3.163

We followed the following KB and there is no issue with the password or the user name of zadd2exchange user.

http://support.diditbetter.com/kb/a2e_218.aspx

When we check for the registry key "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Windows Messaging Subsystem" there is no sub key called  "Windows messaging subsystem".

Any help in resolving this issue is greatly appericiated.

Thanks

Dhanushka

Re: Unable to log into A2E Console

You may want to limit the amount of memory our sql instance will use.  Go to the A2E Toolkit and select Minimize DB footprint.  It will limit to 100 MB and not cause SQL bloat.

It is also possible on the Exchange Server that the MS Exchange System Attendant service was not started.  This could cause a failure to log on during console startup.

Another possibility may be that the account is actually locked, in which case you would want to unlock it from the Active Directory.
