Would it be possible to set Add2Exchange to sync for any period over a year, for example 6 years?

The answer to this questions is sure, the capability for Add2Exchange to be set to sync over a year is there; however, in doing so there are some cause for concern that may arise.

One point to take into consideration would be the problem of a lesser amount of security, especially is one's phone were to become lost.

Another big point to consider would be dependent on the settings of the relationships being synced.  It the synchronization of relationships is set to one-way, then it is feasible to do so.  But if the synchronization of relationships is set up to be bi-directional on edits and deletes, it gives the ability to change history (which is sometimes undesirable).
