Backing up Add2Exchange

Stop the Add2Exchange Services before the backup.  Use the link below,

or use NET STOP Add2Exchange Service or if on another machine SC NET STOP Add2Exchange Service.

Use any file system software to back the installed directory (by default – C:\Program Files\OpenDoor Software®)

If you need to restore Add2Exchange for any reason, you should call in and let us assist to avoid duplication.

Since the Add2Exchange database contains metadata about the information in Exchange, restoring the database may create duplication if it runs again after the restore.
