Mobile Devices Supported: iPhones, iPads, BlackBerry, Androids with Exchange ActiveSync or MobileSync, Windows Mobile smartphones, pocket PCs, PDAs that connect to Outlook. Your organization can use the same devices, or have a mix of mobile devices from one or multiple manufacturers and the system will work as expected. Add2Exchange Enterprise is a non-proprietary solution which works with any manufacturer's mobile devices as long as it can sync with Outlook. For example, if in a few months or years down the road you decide to trade in your BlackBerry devices for iPhones or Android smartphones (or vice versa) or decide to add iPads, you can still use Add2Exchange instead of investing in a new sync solution. If the solution was proprietary, the sync solution would be designed only to work specifically for one brand/type of mobile device.

For customers with a premium support agreement in place, our technical support team has the experience and knowledge to remote in to assist with third party Microsoft product support (Exchange, SBS, server operating systems, SQL, IIS) in addition to providing Add2Exchange support.
