Trial Extension Policy


A one-time trial extension and recertification service is available in certain circumstances when a new first time trial user needs additional time to complete testing of the solution. The trial extension and recertification service is the same price as the remote installation service. Please contact your DidItBetter Software consultant to purchase this service for $149, email info@diditbetter.com or place your order online.


To do a trial extension & recertification service, we are required to have one of our certified DidItBetter.com technicians remote into your machine (assuming we can) and recertify your machine with our Level 2 diagnostics. You are in control of the entire process and will probably gain some valuable insight into how things work. This service averages about a half an hour but if the technician encounters any problems with your initial installation and set up, it will take longer.

During the time, the technician will make sure the trial version is set up correctly and verify that your installation is functioning properly. This will ensure you have a successful evaluation period. There is also a limit of one trial restart per installation.
