The trial expired. What happens when the trial runs out?

When the 21 day trial runs out, the relationships stop syncing.

All the information in the destination folders remain in the destinations but the information becomes stagnant – or stale.

The term stagnant or stale means the information will not update anymore.  Whatever is in the source stays in the source and whatever is in the destination stays in the destination without updating.  Depending on the kind of relationships created, this state be ok for a short while, but if the relationships are set to bidirectional on edits and or deletes, the information will not update and when the program is licensed and starts syncing again, some important information changes will likely be overwritten.  Deletes will eventually work when syncing resumes, however, but for the time the program is unlicensed and not syncing, the items will not delete.

Also, if users continue to add items, and that item has been added already, there is a potential for duplication both in a source and destination when syncing resumes. 

Important: In a "full mesh" or Folder Grouping scenario, it is essential for the syncing to continue uninterrupted.  Appointments could be missed, Contacts will not be synced and often the users will lose confidence in the solution until it is licensed and synchronization resumes, and even after the synchronization resumes due to data loss. 

 

To continue using Add2Exchange, you need to purchase a license and submit your registration request from the License menu in the Add2Exchange console. Once the Licensing Desk receives your registration request, the end user will be emailed a license key(s) to copy and paste into the License menu (Step 3) to activate the solution from trial mode.
