ERROR: MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER
Summary
This error appears in the Event Viewer log when attempting to create a relationship in the console. Rebooting the server usually clears the error.
Symptom
While try to build a relationship (usually for the first time after installation), an error event appears in the log with the message:
MAPI_E_FAILONEPROVIDER
Description
This error occurs when a CDO-based application on the same server as Add2Exchange has left unfinished MAPI sessions open without properly cleaning them up. This affects the entire MAPI client subsystem on the server.
