ERROR: Run-time error -2147217406 (80041002) Not found
Summary
This error occurs when trying to open Add2Exchange from an account other than the service account.
Symptom
When opening the console, a dialog box appears with the message:
Run-time error -2147217406 (80041002) Not found
Resolution
Log off and log back on as the Add2Exchange service account.
If Add2Exchange is not installed under the service account, see technical bulletin A2E_173: Cannot run Add2Exchange Console as Administrator or installed as BES or Domain Admin.
