• TManager – see if replicating, multiple in memory and if stop service stops sync
• Event viewer
• Open Console, does it open?
• Check Console Version – check for Software Assurance date to see if upgrade if free
• Do Diags  - All diags – to see if account properties have changed
• Diags – Do SMF  - delete bad destination rows
• Is there a Pending reboot MS Updates – See where they are win MS updates – don’t do them
