Use the A2EDiags in the downloaded extracted Directory where you installed from:
Stop the Add2Exchange Service
Extract the A2EDiags

Run the A2EDiags
Detach the Database
Reattach the Database

Close the A2EDiags
Verify the new log file size
Start the Add2Exchange Service
 

To reduce the size of the MDF file

Open the A2E Toolkit

Stop the Add2Exchange Service

Run the option Purge Relationship History from the Free Side
Start the Add2Exchange Service
