Technical Bulletin 211 details troubleshooting procedures for logon failures to the service account mailbox.

The instructions in Technical Bulletin 188, the Add2Exchange installation instructions for Exchange 2010, have been updated to fix a problem in the "Send As" rights assignment section.  The incorrect instructions were available only briefly, but if you have had issues with the 2010 permissions process please revisit the instructions at:

The affected section is Assign Rights in Exchange to the Add2Exchange Service Account near the bottom of the document.

The Add2Exchange technical bulletins, which were formerly hosted on the main www.diditbetter.com site, have now been moved entirely to the Knowledgebase here on the support site, support.diditbetter.com.  The former location on the main site now directs you here.

There are now over 40 technical bulletins available here, many of which have been updated.  Older technical bulletins which no longer apply have been removed as well, making this the biggest update of the technical bulletins to date.
