There's a new technical bulletin posted as well as a tool to help fix issues with the Active Directory legacyExchangeDN attribute.
See technical bulletin A2E_216 at:
In some cases, Exchange migrations may leave invalid Active Directory attributes on some mailboxes, preventing Add2Exchange from logging onto the affected mailboxes. The error above can be seen when when you are choosing accounts during relationship creation, in the Toolbox or during Disaster Recovery.
Fixing this issue entails correcting the legacyExchangeDN attribute of the affected account(s) within Active Directory. We have created a utility to assist in correcting the invalid legacyExchangeDN. A manual solution is also discussed.

Our last upgrade to the support site broke email service. As a result, a number of posts to the forums did not receive the attention we normally provide. We strongly apologize for this inconvenience. Email is functioning again and our support staff, as well as subscribed users, will be receiving email notifications moving forward.

The support site is now sporting nifty icons for social bookmarking sites Digg, Delicious and StumbleUpon. In addition, it also allow you to Like our new Facebook page. There is a link to our YouTube channel which sports tutorial videos for installing and using Add2Exchange. There's a lot more to do, but you can check out what content is there already. Happy clicking!
